
The Plop-on-Top Cobbler was our greatest success yet, in terms of getting people to submit their creations. You all took the recipe and really ran with it and, without further ado, let us feast our eyes on your cobblers!

Listener Torben went with red currants for his cobbler, which he says he loved as a kid. As adults, we’ve gotta say: we love the look of your cobbler!

Rosalind decided to ignore our warnings and went with a strawberry cobbler, supplementing with rhubarb. Gotta love that buttery crust!

@losernames put his plopping muscles to work baking the black-and-blue beaut you see above. Nom!

@JohnParie also took the risky road to strawberry town and garnished with a side of ice cream. A+ for presentation!
